You can edit /etc/drweb/drweb_qmail.conf to eliminate receiving notification messages when Dr. Web has an issue:

[VirusNotifications]
SenderNotify = no
AdminNotify = no
RcptsNotify = no

Then just restart Dr. Web with:

/etc/init.d/drwebd restart
